IND GARMENTS – Return & Refund Policy

At IND GARMENTS, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. Please review our return and refund guidelines below.


1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Returned within 14 days of delivery

  • Unworn and unwashed

  • In the original packaging

  • Free of stains, odors, and damage

Items that do not meet these conditions may be rejected.


2. Non-Returnable Items

Some items are considered final sale and cannot be returned, including:

  • Sale/clearance items

  • Limited drops or custom pieces

  • Underwear, socks, and intimate apparel (for hygiene reasons)

  • Gift cards


3. Return Process

To start a return:

IND GARMENTS is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after the carrier marks them as “Delivered.”
