Thank you for shopping with IND GARMENTS. Our goal is to deliver your products quickly, safely, and efficiently. Please review our shipping policy below.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday), excluding holidays.
During high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed and a separate email with tracking information once your order ships.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping (if available): 2–3 business days

  • Overnight Shipping (if available): 1 business day

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

3. Domestic Shipping

We currently ship within the United States.
If you require international shipping, please contact us directly to check availability.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

5. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
IND GARMENTS is not responsible for orders shipped to:

  • Incorrect addresses

  • Missing apartment/unit numbers

  • Addresses entered by mistake

If a package is returned to us due to an address issue, the customer is responsible for additional shipping fees to resend it.

6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, IND GARMENTS is not responsible for:

  • Lost packages

  • Stolen packages

  • Packages delivered to the wrong location by the carrier

For lost or damaged orders, you may file a claim directly with the shipping carrier. We will assist with any documentation needed.

7. Shipping Delays

Shipping delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Carrier issues

  • Holiday volumes

  • Unexpected events outside our control

8. Pre-Orders & Made-to-Order Items
